Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect when you use enrichmentcapital.com or apply for funding, how we protect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We are a business funding broker; we are a “financial institution” for the purposes of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and maintain an information security program under the FTC Safeguards Rule.

Information we collect

From you: business details (legal name, EIN, address, revenue, time in business), owner details (name, contact details, home address, date of birth, Social Security number, ownership percentage), bank statements and other documents you upload, and your electronic signature with the time, IP address and device used to sign. Automatically: standard web logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed) and the result of our bot-protection check. We do not use advertising cookies.

How we use it

To evaluate your application, verify identity, obtain credit reports with your authorization, present your file to funding partners you choose, communicate with you about your application (including by phone, text and email where you have consented), comply with law, prevent fraud, and improve our service. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who we share it with

Funding partners (lenders and merchant cash advance providers) to obtain offers for you; credit bureaus and verification services; our service providers that host and secure our systems (cloud database and storage, email delivery, bot protection) under contracts that restrict their use of your data; and authorities where required by law. Funding partners have their own privacy policies.

How we protect it

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Your SSN, EIN and date of birth are additionally encrypted at the field level with keys held outside the database. Documents are stored in private storage accessible only through time-limited links generated for authorized staff. Staff access requires multi-factor authentication, sensitive fields are masked by default, and every view, reveal, download and export is logged. No method is perfectly secure; if a breach affecting your data occurs we will notify you as required by law.

Retention

Saved drafts: if you leave an application unfinished, we keep the non-sensitive details you entered (never your SSN, EIN, date of birth or documents) for 30 days so you can resume by email, then delete them.

Funded files are kept for as long as needed to service the relationship and meet legal obligations (generally 5 years after funding). Declined, withdrawn or inactive applications are deleted within 24 months, or sooner on request where no legal obligation requires retention.

Your choices and rights

You may withdraw your application, opt out of marketing calls and texts (reply STOP or email us), request a copy of the personal information we hold, request correction, or request deletion. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA including the right to know, delete, correct and limit use of sensitive personal information; we do not sell or share personal information. Children

Our services are for businesses and adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
