By using enrichmentcapital.com (the “Site”) or submitting an application you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

What we are

Enrichment Capital, LLC is a business funding broker. We are not a lender, bank or direct funder. We do not make credit decisions and we do not guarantee that any offer will be made, or its terms. Any funding agreement is solely between you and the funding provider and governed by that provider's agreement. Merchant cash advances are purchases of future receivables and are not loans.

Business purpose only

Our services are for businesses and for business purposes only. You represent that you are at least 18, authorized to act for the business, and that all information you submit is true, accurate and complete. Submitting false information may be a crime.

No fees from you

We do not charge you an application or broker fee. We are compensated by funding providers when a transaction closes. Funding providers may charge their own fees, which will be disclosed in their agreement.

Electronic communications and signatures

You consent to receive communications electronically and agree that your electronic signature on our application has the same effect as a handwritten signature (E-SIGN Act, 15 U.S.C. §7001). You may request a paper copy of any record by emailing us.

Credit authorization

By submitting an application you authorize us and the funding providers we submit to, to obtain consumer and commercial credit reports about you and your business and to verify information with banks, tax authorities and other sources, now and for any renewal or servicing of a funded transaction.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access other users' data, interfere with the Site, submit malicious files, or use automated tools to scrape or flood the Site. We may suspend access for abuse.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site and our services are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for the acts of any funding provider. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
